Name change reflects the company’s success in providing leadership development programs for healthcare workers at every level.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Today, 1821Health announced that the company has officially rebranded as Resonate Leadership Lab (Resonate). Since its founding in 2021, the company has played an integral role in client success with its distinctive approach to developing leaders and fortifying the healthcare workforce. The new brand, which coincides with the launch of Resonate’s new website, reflects the remarkable growth and evolution that the company has undergone since its formation.
“Based on my decades of experience as a physician executive, I created 1821Health as a contemporary approach to leadership development – one that provides accessible, concise and practical skill-building rooted in the science of learning,” said Rusty Holman, M.D., founder of Resonate. “In just a couple of years, we have expanded our business in scope and offerings to meet the needs of our diverse clientele across 3 continents. There is clearly a hunger for this type of leadership development in the market, and we’re thrilled to launch our new brand that better represents our vision, our work and our results.”
Resonate seeks to inspire dramatic improvements in healthcare by empowering the workforce as our most treasured asset. Today, healthcare organizations face unrelenting demands and shifting priorities, leading to unprecedented stress and burnout among frontline workers. In the absence of skills to tackle these challenges, operational results, financial performance and quality of care suffers.
Workforce challenges continue to be the top concern for hospital CEOs. While offering better compensation, more flexibility and wellness programs may help in the short run, Resonate contends that these tactics alone will not solve the deep workforce challenges within healthcare organizations. Strategic investment in leadership development is the fundamental solution.
“Frontline workers feel a disconnect from senior leaders, and a loss of autonomy, life balance, trust and respect. Preventing burnout isn’t simply about building more resilience, but more so about eradicating harmful systems and environments in which people work,” said Dr. Holman. “At Resonate, we empower people at every level of an organization to be capable leaders and create workplaces that drive success.”
Through Resonate’s robust video library, live training, coaching and strategic consulting, healthcare professionals gain the skills to better communicate, manage change, build relationships, shape company culture, solve problems and more. Recognizing the need for situation-specific leadership development, Resonate offers dynamic services, professional mentoring and customized solutions to drastically improve leadership effectiveness and advance organizational results.
